For The RealAir Spitfire IX (FSX) - Tested on Prepar3D v4.4 & FSX:SE
MJ627 was built during 1943 as a Spitfire LF MK IXc. It flew with No. 441 Squadron and given the code of 9G-Q. MJ627 was involved in many missions including a downing of a BF109. During 1944 experienced engine problems resulting in a forced landing. It was repaired and operated until its withdrawal in 1960. It began re-assembly during 1989 with its first post-restoration flight during November 1993. The spitfire is now based at Biggin Hill Heritage Hangar where you can book a flight in it.
